Interacting remotely with your customers and employees
Because of the current situation, if you are planning to work remotely with your employees and clients (I understand it’s not possible for all types of businesses) here is a list of tools you can use to improve communication and productivity.

Face to face meetings; A great tool for this is Zoom and you can use their free account for meetings up to 40 min above that time you’ll need the $14 a month plan.

If you need to send reviews or capture your screen to explain something on it to your employees and clients you can use Loom which is free and a easy to use tool.

To save and share information online I recommend the Google suite of tools
Drive to store and share documents
Sheets for spread sheets
Docs for documents
Slides for Presentations, etc.

If you have an office notice board and want a similar solution online I can recommend Trello (it’s much more than that) this tool allows you to organize and share “cards”. These cards can be tasks, notes, projects, shared files, or anything else that helps your team work together
